Come explore the wonder of Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast’s Bay Preserve at Osprey. Provided by Around the Bend Nature Tours and Conservation Foundation staff, participate in a behind the scenes tour of the property and capture a glimpse of Old Florida at this oasis on Little Sarasota Bay. Discover the bounty of the estuary in the grass flats: join Around the Bend Nature Tours as we wade in and net in the seagrass beds, identify the critters, then release them. Closed toed shoes that can get wet are required (we do have some to loan, contact us if needed). Rare critters occasionally captured: pygmy seahorse and keys eel.
